  1. Yoga is a living process that changes moment by moment, watching when we eat, how we eat, when we walk, how we walk, etc. 

  2. Trekking is one another way to introspectively experience the Self.

  3. Silent Trek – was a brainchild that arose out of a combination of Vinay’s experiences in mountaineering and yoga.

What you’ll learn
  1. You might gain clarity on things that were bothering you or simply appreciate the calmness of your mind.

  2. Without conversation, you'll become more aware of the sounds of nature - birds singing, leaves rustling, and the crunch of your boots on the trail.

  3. Disconnected from constant communication, you might find yourself appreciating the beauty of a sunrise, the taste of fresh air.

  4. Silence can be uncomfortable at first, but it can also be a powerful tool for reflection and personal growth.
