Neti Workshop
The practice of nasal cleansing – known as Neti – has been used by practitioners of Ayurveda and Yoga in India for thousands of years. Jala Neti and Sutra Neti, the ancient yogic practice of nasal cleansing, are rapidly gaining popularity. They are one of the shatkarma or “6 purification techniques” as per ancient yogic texts such as Hatha Yoga pradipika and Gherandasamhita.
Neti workshops are therefore are conducted on regular basis at our center. The Center is specially designed to enable practitioners to practice the required techniques The materials required for performing Neti, i.e., Neti pot and Neti Sutra can be purchased at the center itself.

Jala Neti
- Jala neti provides immediate relief from respiratory disorders like cold, sinusitis, allergy, asthma, hay fever, etc
- Improves the sense of smell and taste by sensitizing the internal nadis.
- It also cures problems associated with the eyes and ears.
Sutra Neti
- It is proven to be very effective in treating deviated nasal septum and chronic sinusitis.
- With Sutra Neti obstruction in the nostrils is removed and thus facilitating the flow of Prana Vayu.

Things to prepare for the workshop
- Hand towel
- Neti Pot and Neti Sutra (Recommended). If you don’t have then you can purchase Neti pot and Neti Sutra from amazon or from our center. In our center, we have Neti Pot available in 3 variants: Plastic, Ceramic & Copper. Those attending online should have the pot and sutra ready with them before the workshop.
